# About Ventacore

## Our story

Ventacore started with a simple problem. Plenty of businesses pay for IT support and assume that means they're secure. Often, nobody has checked. Multi-factor sign-in is only half set up. Everyone has admin rights on their laptop. Nothing in Microsoft 365 is backed up.

Then AI arrived. Staff started pasting client information into free chatbots. Businesses were told to switch on tools like Copilot without anyone checking who could see what.

We started Ventacore to fix both. First we get the basics right: sign-in, devices, email and backup. Then our AI engineers build the AI and automation that take work off your team, with the controls to keep it safe.

We're based in Melbourne and support businesses anywhere in Australia.

## How we work

### Security comes first

Every system we set up, from a website to an AI agent, starts with who can get in and what they can see.

### Plain English

You'll always know what we're doing and why.

### AI engineers and security people, together

The people who build your automations work with the people who secure your systems.

### You stay in control

Your data, passwords and documentation belong to you. If you leave, we hand them back.

### One contact for all of it

IT, security, AI, your website and your business systems, without juggling five suppliers.
